Every Friday I have decided to do a quick round up of the 5 things I have been loving over the past week, including food, TV, films, websites etc. So lets crack on with the first one.
I know I am very late to the party, but I am loving the TV series Miranda at the moment. I have seen a few episodes, including the last ever two which were shown over Christmas, (don't worry I won't give any spoilers away), but I decided to start from the beginning. It is hilarious I love all the physical comedy and I constantly laugh out loud.
A few years ago I discovered a website called Tone It Up, which is a fitness site run by Karena and Katrina and is filled with lots of free workouts, recipes and challenges. Every Sunday they post a new workout schedule which outlines/suggests the workouts and challenges you should do during the following week.
I love this website as it has everything you could want in one place, including toning workouts and cardio HIIT workouts, and you can do most of it in the comfort of your own home. The trainers Karena and Katrina are lovely and their enthusiasm just filters through the screen into your home. I am currently following the Love Your Body series on the website, which runs from 1st January until Valentines Day.
This is quite a wide topic I know, but I have specifically been loving walking and exploring new parts of London. I recently went for a lunchtime walk in Belgravia, which is an area I had never walked through before and it was lovely with its large white fronted town houses as well as some interesting statues (see the pics below). I will definitely be exploring more parts of London on the lunchtime walks over the coming year.
This is technically not from this week, but the film was so good it definitely warrants a mention in my first Friday faves post.
Last week I went to see the Theory of Everything, the film about Stephen Hawking. If I am being honest I didn't fully know what to expect, but it was brilliant. A heartwarming and inspirational film with amazing performances from Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones. You should definitely go see the film if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed.
I hope you have had a great week!

Music:
I have been loving the Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars song Uptown Funk recently. It has a brilliant 80s vibe to it, which I love, and it is a great track to work out to.
