A few weeks ago an email from the White Company dropped into my inbox about an evening in one of their stores with Liz Earle about wellbeing and juicing. I am currently on a fitness and healthy eating kick and so this email arrived just at the right time. Also my Nutribullet has just been sat in my cupboard for months collecting dust and so it was time for me to take it out and give it a whirl. I texted two of my friends who I knew loved the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and juicing and one rainy evening a few weeks ago we headed to the White Company store in Sloane Square.
The whole evening was fantastic from the yummy canapés to the amazing talk by Liz Earle. Liz was so passionate about juicing and wellbeing and it was definitely infectious. She showed us a number of her juicing recipes and gave us some brilliant hints and tips, which will make juicing easier and more accessible, such as juicing a load of apples and then freezing the apple juice in ice cube trays. The same can be done for ginger or a number of other fruits!
While I was there I picked up a copy of Liz's juicing book and she was kind enough to sign it for me. We were also lucky to take home a brilliant goodie bag which contained some Fig hand cream from the White Company (which smells delicious and leaves my hands super soft for ages) and a special Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish (celebrating 20 years of Liz Earle beauty).
I now have a new found passion for juicing and will be trying out lots more recipes over the next few months :) If I get any good at juicing I might try and share some recipes with you in the future!
Have a good day day everyone :)
