Wednesday Workout

Over the past year and a half I have really got into my fitness and have been enjoying going to the gym and exercise classes, which is something I never thought I would be saying. As I work shifts I have also found a number of fitness website which have excellent at home workouts which I have been loving. So every Wednesday I will be posting a workout which I have been loving from one of these, so you can all give them a go and see if you love them too.

Its the Love Your Legs & Booty workout which is brilliant for toning the whole of your legs and booty!
