Wednesday Workout

Today's Wednesday Workout is again from Tone It Up, I love that website :) and its a HIIT workout. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and I find it great for making cardio interesting. I find you concentrate so much on the timings and changing up the intensity levels that before you know it you have completed a 30 mins workout.

This workout is designed for completing on a Stairmill at the gym or you could do it on your stairs at home.
